2. Services
- We provide local delivery services for goods as per the booking request.
- The customer must provide accurate information about pickup and drop locations.
- Misuse of the service for illegal or prohibited items is strictly not allowed.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website or approved communication channels.
- Prices are subject to distance, time, and service terms mentioned at the time of booking.
- Payments once made are non-refundable unless the cancellation is initiated by Zarkit.
4. Liability
- Zarkit is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must ensure that the goods handed over for delivery are legal, safe, and properly packed.
- We do not cover any damage or loss of fragile, perishable, or prohibited items.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
- A booking can be canceled before the agent has been dispatched.
- Once the delivery process has started, cancellation will not be entertained.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
6. Prohibited Items
Customers must not request delivery of:
- Illegal goods
- Hazardous or flammable items
- Narcotics, alcohol (without permit), or restricted substances
- High-value items without prior approval
7. Privacy
Your personal information is protected as per our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or misuse customer data.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
